The idea.

 

Where Our Roots Run Deep

Foodarella & RA-DI-CE – Italian cuisine where you’d least expect it.

Foodarella was born from a meeting — like all great things.
On one side, Mauro, born in the Belgium to Italian parents, with a dream close to his heart: to bring authentic Italian cuisine to the streets of Belgium and the Netherlands.


On the other side, RA-DI-CE, a respected Italian restaurant in Maastricht, with a clear mission: to defend Italian culinary tradition abroad, with pride and quality.

Foodarella is a little tavern on wheels.


A simple, powerful idea: bringing a piece of Italy out of the restaurant, made of real flavors, carefully selected ingredients, and that honest rusticity that true Italian street food embodies.

Mauro had found this old food truck — empty, run-down.

But he saw potential.

And when we met, we decided to bring it back to life together. That’s how Foodarella was born.”

We are not satisfied with a good dish. We want a right dish.
